Dairy Queen - Graham

My favorite DQ spot , I visit every time while in Graham, TX. Service is fast and friendly and premises extra clean. Plus it's next door to the best car wash around.

Last two times I came into this location, there where 3 people working but only one actually doing anything(taking orders and cooking the food). Both times took 10 min to get our food

Very nice staff. Drive thru is a little slow because they cook too order but it's worth it

I recently visited the Dairy Queen on Hwy 16 S in Graham, TX, and I would rate it 3 stars. The food itself was a highlight, with our DQ Dude and Steak Finger basket being hot and fresh. However, the ordering experience through the drive-thru left much to be desired. The person taking our order was barely audible, and the wait time was extended when we were asked to park and wait for our food, which took 5-10 minutes. The worker did apologize for the delay, but when I got home, I realized part of my order was missing. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. Given the higher prices at Dairy Queen, I expected better service overall.

Love the staff. Foods always hot. Cook is good during day. Young boy.
