Horrible horrible customer service! I spent $50 on subs on Nov 10th to be delivered to a game night I was hosting. They never arrived. I have contacted the store, the delivery service, and their customer service through their website. Took 3 tries from Doordash and 3 from myself for an answer from anybody. Standard subway. The workers seemed nice and helpful. They were polite and professional. It checked all the boxes I’d expect at a Subway.
It's never super busy and the ordering is fast. Very clean and friendly staff.
I had such a craving for subway that I went back after 3 months. They must have new management because they were amazing. The gentleman who made my sandwich created a beautiful, fully loaded masterpiece right in front of me. I am glad I gave it another try. Thank you, gentlemen, for your great service.
