we came unannounced and were surprised to find out that there is not always boiled. but we have been offered a bark soup with griesnockerln or frittaten and a wrinkled carving with kartoffel, and both dishes were so incredibly honest and good that I would not have a bad conscience to report about it. it is more doubtful that it can be cooked here - as with oma!
