The fresh shrimp here is simply the best you'll ever taste! It's definitely worth the drive from Dothan. Family-owned restaurants usually excel compared to franchise chains, and Grady's long-standing reputation confirms that. I just wish they would open a second location in our town!
This was an absolutely awful dining experience. The waiting area was larger than the actual dining space, and after my wife and I were seated, it took about 20 minutes for anyone to approach us. Our drinks arrived in hot cans alongside large cups of ice. Out of all the staff members, only one person was taking orders. In the kitchen, a group of teenagers seemed more interested in goofing off than working. I’m honestly surprised that the food came out hot at all. Everything was excessively greasy, and overall it was a terrible experience. We definitely won’t be returning. My sympathies go out to the lone server handling all the orders.
