Very large restaurant with plenty of seating. A great place to meet the friendly locals. Very friendly staff. The brunch buffet on Sat and Sun mornings is a great way to start the day, with healthy (fruit, various salads) and not-so-healthy (bacon, sausages, onion rings.. ..options to choose from. If you have a sweet tooth, their desserts taste home-made (tarte au sucre et tarte aux fruits). This is a very casual pla... View all feedback.
Amazing! We ordered Baked Spaghetti with meatballs added, Caesar salad and a club wrap with fries. We were both super hungry and we still aren’t able to finish! Generous portions, fast friendly service and super affordable. We can’t wait for Covid to end...so we can eat IN the restaurant again but in the meantime will gladly settle for takeout. Would highly recommend!
Although there is a bank machine inside that charges you to use it. We do eat here often , the food is good. It's a tradition of our family to eat Italian poutine. We find the sauce has changed recently. It's not as hardy, seems...like it's watery and not much meat also has a cinamony taste. Portions are good, lots of selection and staff are always friendly and helpful The place is clean and interestingly laid out. The night we went they had live entertainment that was not to our taste.
I stopped here with my son on our way back from a fishing trip. The place looked busy, and that to me is a good sign. We were greeted by a waitress with a warm smile who spoke English very well. She was very pleasant...and quickly took our order and delivered our drinks. We ordered a pizza with green olives and bacon. When it finally came, my son and I looked at each other in disappointment. The bacon was not pre-cooked before it went on the pizza, so it was half-raw. The bottom of the crust and the cheese did not like each other, and couldn't remain attached. The cheese (which was cheap mozzarella) was disgusting and very oily. The bottom crust was as thin as a wafer but was hard to cut though. We had to remove our bacon and couldn't finish the pizza. Seriously, I should have sent it back when it arrived. The waitress seemed embarrassed at the food, and did not charge us for any of the ingredients. When I went to pay, and to assure her that this terrible experience was not her fault, I pulled out my debit card to pay with Interac. She said sorry, it is a cash-only restaurant no debit or credit cards. I had to make sure that it was and that we weren't put into a time warp that took us back to the Actually, they used credit cards in the There was an ATM right beside the cash register that was ready to reward the restaurant a nice service fee because they don't take plastic for the...uh...meal. And when I asked the waitress if I missed a sign on the door, or a note in the menu, that this is a cash-only place she indicated that it is not posted anywhere. If I could rate this no stars, I would. The decor and furniture is also and the bathroom is a one person at a time deal with no urinal in the boys' room. This restaurant will remain as much a legend to us as the fishing trip itself. I'm sure that we will never forget it.
Cozy restaurant in some areas, service with a smile, the waitress was very nice and helpful, the food, and yes, we did have pizza was delicious....
Waitress EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Food was abundant, also tasty! Could use a facelift but very good prices with the amount of food provided. I would recommend!!!
