We had a quick lunch in this countryside eatery, located close to the Aare river the first Saturday of March 2024 before going out on a bird photoshoot. We chose fish from a rather restricted menu and were served deep fried trout. Unfortunately, the high temperature in the oil will overcook the thin filets of fish, contrary to if a chunk of haddock had been used like in a classical fish and chips dish. Like often in... The view from Berke is simply sensational. Perfect service, incredibly fine food and e wy charter to drink. Always neither it would be better
Gastronomy at its finest: selection, quality, freshness, creativity, service, friendliness... all 1A or 6 stars, of which I only have a maximum of 5 to choose from here! Bravo and see you soon!
