The food in the restaurant absolutely great! It wasn't so good ate for a long time! was just 2 nights in a row here food, because it was so good! Finally again gastronomics with heart and good cooking skills. Staff without criticism, friendly and attentive! Would even forgive 10!

The hotel itself we cannot rate but the location isr 1A! Located right behind the dune and 10m from the beach, it would be my first choice! The restaurant is - next to a few in Graal-Müritz - also the first choice and from its own experience! There is always a self-made 'Amuse-Gueule', which tastes great - every time on a new one a palate mouse with self-baked bread! The food is always top category for us - all dishes were excellent, fresh vegetables, excellent meat from animals whose origin and welfare is guaranteed! For me personally, the carving - a rather banal dish - is the best I have eaten all around! Fresh mushroom sauce - not can mushrooms and a self-made sauce ... but also all other dishes are recommended and delicious! It is also noteworthy that you can order the homemade, tasty bread right to take away and there is a small shop that also meets all your wishes in the evening! The jam 'holy bear' is as delicious as its name! This leads everything through a very attentive, well-launched and very friendly team to a relaxed, beautiful evening in a cozy atmosphere! For us a very clear 'must go' in Graal-Müritz!

Excellent dinner in the dikegrapher! We were lucky to have a table without reservation. The restaurant was fully booked to the last table and yet it was very relaxed and pleasant. The kindness and attention of the service was impressive. From greeting from the kitchen to appetizers to the main course everything was very delicious. Unfortunately no more dessert has been fit in. The location is right behind the dune, is very clean and impresses with very nice and accommodating staff as well as an excellent kitchen! Only recommended!
