They tried... read more I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Every time they mess up orders. The guy ahead of us got my coffee. Opened it. And handed it back to them. They tried giving it to me with an open lid. And all they did was change the lid. NO THANK YOU. Their slower than molasses. Sit in line for over 20 minutes just to not get what you want.

Just a little disappointed to spend $5 on a medium iced coffeeinstead of the large that I technically ordered and paid for. ????

The employe... read more I ordered online using the app. I selected to have it ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it had been 15 min and they didn't even start the order. The employee at the counter said they never make them until the customer comes in, so I had to wait.Completely defeated the purpose of using the app. She said the order didn't go through and had to look at my phone to see what Iordered. She brings me my coffee with cream and sugar on the side which my order never Indicated it should be. She argued sayingthe order stated OS for on the side. It definitely did not say anything of the kind. Had to mix it myself. They used vanillaflavored ground coffee instead of the Vanilla syrup that I paid for. Never had a problem at any other Tim Hortons. I will not begoing there again.
