If you want to start your workday out getting frustrated just pull into the drive-through any weekday morning, this is the slowest drive-through in the history of mankind!! Also, for the life of me I can't figure out how you can screw up a large coffee with 2 cream but they figured it out!! Other than that this location is awesome
Never fails that they don't get your order right. I always love having to go back to get my order correct.
I went there the other morning for a large iced coffee and usually they?re pretty good with it but I received this instead?.this is before I even drank any or took the straw out of the wrapper. Just a little disappointed to spend $5 on a medium iced coffeeinstead of the large that I technically ordered and paid for. ????
I ordered online using the app. I selected to have it ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it had been 15 min and they didn't even start the order. The employee at the counter said they never make them until the customer comes in, so I had to wait.Completely defeated the purpose of using the app. She said the order didn't go through and had to look at my phone to see what Iordered. She brings me my coffee with cream and sugar on the side which my order never Indicated it should be. She argued sayingthe order stated OS for on the side. It definitely did not say anything of the kind. Had to mix it myself. They used vanillaflavored ground coffee instead of the Vanilla syrup that I paid for. Never had a problem at any other Tim Hortons. I will not begoing there again.
