Just a little disappointed to spend $5 on a medium iced coffeeinstead of the large that I technically ordered and paid for. ????

I ordered online using the app. I selected to have it ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it had been 15 min and they didn't even start the order. The employe... read more I ordered online using the app. I selected to have it ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it had been 15 min and they didn't even start the order. The employee at the counter said they never make them until the customer comes in, so I had to wait.Completely defeated the purpose of using the app. She said the order didn't go through and had to look at my phone to see what Iordered. She brings me my coffee with cream and sugar on the side which my order never Indicated it should be. She argued sayingthe order stated OS for on the side. It definitely did not say anything of the kind. Had to mix it myself. They used vanillaflavored ground coffee instead of the Vanilla syrup that I paid for. Never had a problem at any other Tim Hortons. I will not begoing there again.

I’ve even seen them posting about me on social media, which is ridiculous. The service is terrible, and the menu does not make up for it. Overall, I’d rate it 1 star.

The sandwiches were burnt, one dish had egg in it despite being ordered egg-free, and I was overcharged for my breakfast sandwiches. While I recognize that they might be training new staff, I can say from my experience as a Tim Hortons employee at another location that this job isn't particularly difficult. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 1 out of 5. The average cost for breakfast per person was between $10 and $20.
