I love this little ice cream cart in Govie! The staff is very friendly and quick. I have only gotten the Root Beer Float for myself all the times I have went there, but I like how they give you the can of root beer and strongly encourage you to not-throw away the can- they will take it back to recycle when you are done. Next time I go, I will probably branch out and try a different flavor ice cream and a waffle cone!... View all feedback.
