There are heavy wooden tables and chairs that correspond very well to the old classic civic house. The best advice if it... to drink is of course wine (because it is a wine cup). You have a good selection of wines, the best recommendation is to keep to the German, offered for a very decent price. For the meal itself, visitors in Thuringia could try Rostbratsl, a real local specialty. It is a specially seasoned and pickled pork that is often served with Thuringian dumplings and red cabbage. Enjoy your stay good appetite!

The same waiter was not very welcoming while taking orders. food was very enjoyable though, prices are fair. For prices and food I do recommend this restaurant, but staff should try harder.

I came to the restaurant shortly before 18 o'clock and was the only guest at the moment. there a man stood on me because of his outfit I thought it was the housekeeper and asked how he could help me. my answer that I wanted to eat seemed to be amazed! then he instructed me a table, oh wonder, it was the knecht waiter, the rest of the tables are reserved. the orders of dits and drinks were made flott, as the waiter did not move, everything came, now through a well-dressed waitress. the very well sorted diner card offered for every appetit a sufficient selection. eating was delicious and very well dressed. only the sweet supplement to a meal was almost cold, bad or not regenerated. to our request for bill, to waitress, came the waiter, in the same as described above. the bill consisted of a notebook of a notebox, some pay among themselves written and then added so that we thought. no date, no name of consumption, as the waiter imagines, so saw the bill. my friend paid and accepted this bill. the next day he gave it to me, I want to make a calculation. two prices were slightly higher than on the offer cards or on the map, and the absolute high point delivered the supplement not 60,00 €, but only 55,00 €. the next day I will be responsible. the waiter in the same clothes as the previous day was only to insert orders into an existing register! and on my question checked the bill from the previous night, he came to the same result as I, pays 5.00 clock to me and turned his work to order in the register. no statement, no excuse, nothing.
