Sometimes they forgot to include a few things. Or, like yesterday, I ordered for €18 and the burger was completely disintegrated, the sweet potato fries box wasn't very full, and they forgot to include a drink.

Instead of asking what we wanted to order, they asked if we had a customer account. No. Would you like to create one? No. The only response was Goodbye. We thought the same thing.
