Only me and the Mrs in on a Monday evening, when they need all the trade they can get. No welcome from the barmaid. No interaction, nothing. A sort of 'couldn 't be bothered whether you 're here or not ' vibe. Shame, cos I like the place, but when I 've just spent over 10 quid on two drinks I need to feel some love back. Fantastic place for trying out craft beer, cider, and traditional ales. I had a great time tasting the local drinks.
The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was lovely, and the witty writings on the walls added to the charm of the restaurant.
This restaurant is a hidden gem with fantastic beer selection, delicious snacks, and excellent service. They have games like dominoes and Connect Four to keep you entertained. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough.
This charity shop has lots of cool old stuff, tools, ornaments, instruments furniture. Also serves fresh honey from bees
As usual a great Sunday at Four Ales, great cheese board, great selection of beer and a good selection of alcohol free beers for the drivers
