Ordered a take away. Delivered to my home. The pork balls included in the £22 delivery were totally inedible. Reported the next day to their website. No9 response. Reported again. No response. Eventually phoned but was told no refund could be made as it was now too late. I explained that my messages had been ignored but to no avail. They used to be good but the standard of their food has gone down. Would not recommend
We have just had an amazing meal in this lovely restaurant .the staff were so lovely .Marshall the owner spent time talking to us at the end of our meal .what a lovely man
The restaurant was crowded on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the Aromatic Duck I ordered was terrible - it was warm and too crispy. The salmon was tasteless and had too much batter. The rice was decent. The server was fine. The portions were small and expensive, and there was a 10% service charge for a single dinner. Overall, a rip-off and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Be careful.
Charming restaurant situated in Alverstoke village. Excellent food, friendly staff and good ambience. Our third visit and will be returning again to try some different dishes.
Lovely place, great food, service was impeccable and very welcoming. Very nice experience dining here.
