Contribute FeedbackIn recent reviews of a Chinese restaurant, opinions are sharply divided. While some diners have enjoyed delightful experiences with fresh, well-prepared dishes and commendable service, others lament a significant decline in food quality and delivery standards. Issues such as inedible meals, excessive wait times, and unresponsive customer service have left many feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite a charming ambiance and the attentiveness of staff on some visits, the inconsistency in experiences suggests a restaurant grappling with maintaining its reputation. As it stands, potential diners may want to approach with caution.
Lovely place, great food, service was impeccable and very welcoming. Very nice experience dining here.
We had a wonderful night out at this restaurant. The setting was lovely and the service was fantastic. We chose the set menu for two and it was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it.
Quite small restaurant in attractive village. Good decor and very good service. Wide ranging menu. All in all a very pleasant experience. Recommended.
Friday night takeaway Not only was the whole meal late and cold cool but sweet an sour Hong Kong style chicken delivered frozen no attempt to even pretend to cook £27 wasted Absolutely disgusting This used to be a really great Chinese DO NOT “Well let’s try it” just avoid
Ordered a take away. Delivered to my home. The pork balls included in the £22 delivery were totally inedible. Reported the next day to their website. No9 response. Reported again. No response. Eventually phoned but was told no refund could be made as it was now too late. I explained that my messages had been ignored but to no avail. They used to be good but the standard of their food has gone down. Would not recommend
