The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The bathrooms are spotless and there are no issues with bed linen or towels. The room service is excellent and the food is of high quality with generous portions and great taste. However, the breakfast buffet could have been improved as the quality was not up to par. The hotel's WiFi did not work smoothly.

And the Tea served is such a waste one and the sandwich too. Lighting are not so good in event hall. Totally just an average experience.

The service was excellent, the food was great with plenty of options to choose from the buffet at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The venue was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The service was good, however my cousin experienced issues with a leaking AC unit that resulted in the room becoming wet. Despite attempts to fix the issue, the problem persisted. After raising our concerns, we were provided with a different room. The photos of the property looked appealing, but in reality, the accommodations were outdated and in need of better upkeep. The rooms lacked proper maintenance and did not reflect a 4-star rating. The swimming pool also appeared neglected and green, contradicting its appearance in the photos. Unfortunately, I did not capture any photos of the pool during my stay.
