The fries were not fresh and arrived cold in a less-than-full box of large size. However, after calling the restaurant, they rectified the situation. The buns also arrived cold, but the new chicken sandwich was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, but it would have been better if the buns were heated. I am grateful that they corrected the issue with the fries. View all feedback.

the service was quite fast, and the burgers were delicious as always. the new dining room layout is a bit a sweat. who designed it himself, it has been patterned after a coffeeshop and it is simply impractical for an almost food restaurant. View all feedback.
Can someone tell my why I ordered a ceaser salad with SPICY chicken and I didn 't even get the correct items for a regular Cesar salad? Slimy grilled chicken, no crisps, and a SPOON. Thankfully I was taking this mess home, because I wouldn 't be able to eat my salad with a spoon
I DoorDash for my family but my son kid’s 4 pieces chicken nuggets meal only had apple slices and a toy in the bag and no milk.
Probably one of the dankest Wendy's I've been too. Not very clean, bathroom worse than a bad gas station. Half the freestyle didn't work. I should have kept driving.
I went and ate there today and my experience was great! A man named Charlie was working there and he was so nice and friendly. The bathrooms were clean(the soap dispenser was broken at the time) and there was music playing. The man that took our order(I think he's the manager) was very nice and easy to understand. They got my order right(except they put hamburger instead of chicken) and it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely rate this a 9.5/10 if I had the choice.
Everytime I go to dine in they either get ignored till I leave or they forget my order even exists even though it's on a screen, foods decent for the 1 time I did actually get my food out of the 5 times I've tried to go on a lunch break but, still serve out old stuff or take 20 minutes on anything fresh. Don't go unless you like watching other people eat and playing on your phone for a half hour while waiting on your food
