Starbucks - Goshen

5 stars across the board should be offered once per reviewer per year. That being said my visit today was 5 star. Not because of the obvious. I will not name the employee. I will tell you I went through drive thru also this women was in her late 40s. The most pleasant experience I've had at a drive thru period! Ive never felt so welcome. She made it personal without making it personal. She was helpful and made me feel good. What else can you ask?! 5 stars. Thank you. You know who you are.

Visited this Sbux from out of town through the drive thru. Ordered 2 fraps and a cold brew. Service was fast and the barista waiting on us was the friendliest person I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Would definitely visit again if in area.

This was the nicest Starbucks I've ever been too. The crew was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond!

Very clean establishment. I order using the Starbucks app. There has only been one time they did not have my order completed on time. Other than that everything has been on time or early. I frequent this location a couple times a week, they are very consistent. I suggest using the app and picking up inside as it's usually an in and out when the drive- thru is packed. Also with the stars you gain, it's worth the free items!

I order through the app every Friday morning on my way in to work and within 15-20 minutes my order is ready and I run inside to get it. Staff very positive and great vibe even when they are slammed or backed up on orders. It?s why I?ll keep going back! Great job guys- keep up the good work. ?
