Mcdonald's - Goshen

I stood at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting to be served. Four different employees noticed me, but no one acknowledged my presence. Two of them even walked right past me when they returned from their break. Eventually, I decided to leave. I don't think I'll be returning.

We tried three special dishes, and each one was expertly prepared. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and genuine. Overall, we were very satisfied!

They had not shaken the ones we ordered and would not give us a refund. they didn't tell us they didn't have our things before we pay them. they gave us mcflurrys, even after a refund. after approx. 5 10 minutes waiting time came another worker and asked us to remind her what we have ordered because the first woman could not be found anywhere. I really don't understand what the problem is with rejecting a refund, but the same happened in taco bell once before.

Not bad. eating was hot and fresh! Just something I would ask is that the driving staff a bit kinder lol, except that it is good?

First time back inside since I left 7 years ago when I got a new job. Looks so different then it did 7 years ago! Very clean and nice! Food was great and employees were welcome!
