Yesterday I went to Hardees for lunch, I witnessed a man walk in asking about a phone that was lost. He must have been a regular because the manager greeted him by name. They talked about how anxious he was about losing the phone. The manager let the gentleman know that she had it locked in her office for safekeeping. What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
I have had my order messed up twice in a row. Yesterday I ordered the monster double bacon combo. When I got home it was a mushroom and swiss burger. Tonight I ordered the same thing. I was given a single pattie, 2 pieces of bacon, and the large coke turned out to be diet. When I tried to call noone answered. This isn't rocket surgery. I'm tired of getting ripped off. Ordered 2 plain cheese burgers allergic to vinegar. 10 minutes later get 2 cheese burgers with everything didn't have time for you to screw it up
I ordered the monster biscuit it comes with all the meat for breakfast. The staff was great and I do recommend this place.
Had a bit of a wait after ordering. Food was only lukewarm when it arrived.
They'll screw your order up if you give them a chance. I've been here a handful of times and they've always got it wrong. At least McDonald's only screws up like once in a blue moon.
They are understaffed leading to delayed service at a very busy Love's location. The front door is locked on every visit.The sandwich itself fell apart. The positive was a guy (manager, I think) came from the kitchen area to take my (and others in line) to expedite things. That was good and positive.
