Contribute Feedback What Philip S likes about Embassy Coffee:
Embassy is one of my favorite coffee houses in Goshen, IN. I usually get the Caramel Bourbon Latte hot with either almond milk or whole milk because it is soooo good! The atmosphere is truly unique due to being simple, yet quite inviting with a variety of music playing. Do you like hearts and such in your coffee? Then you will be happy to know they do that for you. I have eaten there too, and their food is also a del... View all feedback.
What Anna A doesn't like about Embassy Coffee:
I’ve visited here once before and loved it—Great toasts and coffee. BUT PLEASE KEEP YOUR HOURS UPDATED. This place is NOT open on Sundays, despite what Google and their website says. We drove 25 minutes from Elkhart to find a sign in the window saying closed Sundays. View all feedback.
Oh my goodness this place is such a delight! It has the best tasting coffee ever and their employees are the sweetest and most helpful people ever! Highly recommend!
Went to Embassy Coffee for the first time today. We ordered 2 cortados. The employee making the coffee became distracted when a customer?/friend? went up to the register and they ended up in a conversation. Took about 10 min to receive drinks, not a big deal at all. But we left immediately due to a time constraint only to realize that we ended up with basically 2 cups of heavy whipping cream that cost us $10.50. The employee only put one shot of espresso and the rest was HWC. Cortados are made with equal parts espresso and dairy of choice. As you can imagine, it was not drinkable.
This review is about the beans they sell. The coffeeshop itself is a great experience with great baristas and drinks. However, I am a little peeved about the beans they sell. I always ask and they always tell me “we only roast light”. Yet, I’ve gotten two bags now that were definitely not light. One was medium and the other was medium-dark. It makes me wonder if they accidentally over-roast if they just sell it as “light” anyway instead of roasting a new batch. If they are going to charge $23 a bag, it needs to be perfect every time. Either toss out the darker stuff or slap a “medium” label on it, but after spending $23 it’s too disappointing to not get that light roast sometimes. (for reference I ALWAYS buy Ethiopia so the difference isn’t due to a different bean type).
