Have always been satisfied with food and service. Except for the last two times. Went thru the drive thru and ordered concrete mixers. Both times the consistency is that of a milk shake. Called the store and was told the reason being “it’s real warm in here”. Previously they were served frozen! View all feedback.

I've always liked Culver's but the last few times I've been there it seems like the wait is longer and my food has been wrong. We'll go back since the kids love it. Just hoping it gets back to how it was View all feedback.
Restroom was dirty,no receipt upon ordering, no sweet tea but a dribble,root beer was good,food took 10 minutes to arrive. Time was 930, drive thru was busy and inside was fairly busy. Food was good, and fresh. Also the dining room was clean.
I waited half an hour for my curbside order after checking in just to have to go in anyway and found out my meal has been just sitting there. Apparently they forgot. Never again will I be doing curbside. The food was actually still good considering it sat for half an hour but would be of been nice to have it fresh.

This place was very busy an were greeted by friendly faces ready to take our order. This place was clean an comfortable. Good range of food options from salads an soups to meals, drinks and desserts. Once seated it wasn't long before our meals arrived.
Love this place. Super friendly staff and great food
