The package in which the salad was all leaked and in fact they gave me a package with sauce, which I have to carry in my hands. I ask you to understand and explain to the operators how to provide the customer's number to the courier. And by the way, there was no receipt and order number, so I don’t even know how this complaint will reach the management, the operator herself does not know our order number, allegedly when ordering by phone this is not specified. Доставка была дольше чем обещал оператор, помимо этого салат был без нескольких ингредиентов. Позвонили в доставку договорились о замене. Ждали замену около часа и получили верх творения доставки. Курьер не позвонил по приезду живем в частном доме его долбежку в дверь не слышно , ссылаясь на то, что оператор не дал ему номер. Упаковка в которой был салат вся протекла и по факту мне дали пакет под соусом, который я должен нести в своих руках. Прошу разобраться и объяснить операторам, как предоставлять номер клиента курьеру. И кстати, чека и номера заказа не было, поэтому я даже не знаю как эта жалоба дойдет до руководства, оператор сама не знает номер нашего заказа, якобы при заказе по телефону это не уточняется. До свидания, больше не собираемся пользоваться вашей доставкой.

It's an average café, but from the number of people ordering rolls, it seems they make great takeout pizza. We tried the pizza, which was delicious, although they did forget about us for a bit! As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us some watered-down coffee. On the positive side, the prices are significantly lower compared to Nizhny Novgorod. Overall, it's definitely worth taking a ride on the cable car and exploring the city of Bor.

If you're in search of a satisfying meal instead of just a quick bite, this is definitely the place to go. We made the trip from Nizhny with our children, feeling hungry and initially contemplating the usual fast food options like Burger King in the city center. However, when I noticed Sorrento, I knew we had made the right choice! We ordered noodle soup for the kids, a carbonara pasta, and a small pizza. We enjoyed everything so much that we even took the leftovers home. Everything was absolutely delicious!
