Mountain Fire Pizza - Gorham

We cook our pizzas to perfection in a custom-built oven heated with a hardwood fire, reaching temperatures of 750 to 1,000 degrees for a deliciously smoky flavor. Each pizza is made to order using the freshest ingredients, including locally sourced when possible. Our signature dough is a blonde, gourmet, New York-style pizza dough, and we also offer a gluten-free crust. Our success is thanks to the love and support of our families.
