Overall, it's good food, a little on the expensive size for the relatively small portions, but I would go there again if I happened to be inthe area, I wouldn't necessarily drive out of my way for it though.

We arrived early for our reservation, and the hostess was very kind and was able to seat us very quickly. Ourwaitress (Julia) was fantastic. She didn't hover. She checked in a few times. The remainder of the wait staff was alsohelpful to full water glasses or remove empty plates. Food was flavorful and well presented. We had the tomato tart as anappetizer (with nut free pesto but it doesn't say so in the menu) I had the rigatoni with sausage bolognese sauce. My husbandhad the short rib. For dessert, we had the chocolate mousse and the warm chocolate cake. Wonderful experience overall. Sonice to have a modern restaurant not too far away from us! Well done and keep up the good work!

Highlight of the whole meal had to be the crème brûlée (best I’ve ever had). The portion size for thefood is generous! We had the short rib dish and the grilled filet mignon with risotto. Both were delicious. Short ribs weretender, and the mushroom risotto was fabulous with great flavor. This restaurant made me feel so special on my birthday with anadded surprise of a hand written birthday card from the staff!

The kitchen is willing to modify side dishes upon request. Despite the quinoa bowl, this is actually an upscale restaurant with a full bar, tasty cocktails, and a high-end urban dining atmosphere, even though it is located in the suburbs. Every time I have dined here, the cocktails have been amazing, the food has been good, and the service has been fantastic. It would be nice to see more variety in the vegan options, as I have had the quinoa dish five times already. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem and it is nice to be able to order directly from the menu without having to question or interrogate the waitstaff to ensure a vegan dish.

It's fantastic that Gorham has such a wonderful dining establishment. One thing that stood out to me that others may not have mentioned is their happy hour. MK Kitchen has a lovely bar area with a skilled bartender serving delicious drinks and appetizers. I highly recommend MK Kitchen for a special evening out or even just stopping by for a drink and some appetizers.

We had no less than 5 people stop by to handle all aspects from taking our coats and pouring refills to boxing up appetizers and checking on our meal. I had a Filet and it was cooked to absolute perfection and my wife had the vegan quinoa, and for someone who is always picking from a limited menu, she was delighted. Will be back! Thank you!

Despite being early for our reservation, the hostess quickly rearranged tables near the bar so we could enjoy a cocktail before our table was ready. This set the tone for a great evening. Our server, Abby, was fantastic and the food was delicious. The entire staff seemed dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience, not just a meal. We will definitely be returning.
