Was Julia W at Libby's Bistro a mag?
Liz and her team hosted the most wonderful rehearsal dinner for my family and friends in her beautiful garden. She designed a delicious Southeast Asian themed menu and was gracious enough to accommodate all my guests under her tent. I'm still reminiscing about the incredible flavors and complexity of her dishes. Growing up, my family frequently visited her restaurants, and I cherish the memories of gathering with my... What Danielle Pungitore dislikes about Libby's Bistro:
Charming little spot with tasty food, but it's consistently closed when we want to visit, which is quite disappointing. We have a vacation home nearby and come up once a month, but over the past year and a half, we've only managed to eat there once. Each time we've tried to go, it's been closed for various reasons. The information available online through Google, their website, or Facebook is not current. I’m puzzled... View all feedback.

Absolutely recommend. Easy covid-safe takeout. Amazing food. Dishes are like a fusion of southeast Asian and American classics with a unique spice palate. There's some real creativity and skill in the kitchen here. The duck with handmade noodles was a highlight for me. The Cambodian noodles were savory and warming, kind of like a mild red curry sauce. Perfect for a cold winter night.
Stellar food and fantastic atmosphere! Started with cocktails at the lovely outside bar my Hello Moto with gin, Campari, and hibiscus and rooibos syrup was fantastic. We ordered the mussels (tender and served with amazing garlic bread), the handkerchief pasta with mushroom confit and local chanterelles (gorgeously presented and seriously terrific) and the burger (top notch with the bacon jam). We almost skipped dessert but thank goodness we went all in. The lemon cardamom cookie with lemon curd vanilla ice cream was crazy delicious. Make sure to give this gem a try!
This is the best restaurant in a 100-mile radius! The food is fantastic, and the staff is amazing. Make sure to try the Saturday stacks while they're still available!
I'm in town helping my family with transportation and support for the hikers. I treated myself to a solo dinner, and I have no regrets—only a strong wish for more stomachs to enjoy it all! A few highlights: the semolina bread that comes with the Gulf shrimp appetizer is a must-try, the handkerchief pasta had a flawless texture, and if you think I'm just obsessed with gluten, wait until you try the heavenly almond flour chocolate cake—it nearly knocked me off my feet. Don’t think twice—just go!
My Wife and I had a fabulous dinner at Libby's. The ambiance was perfect for a nice quiet dinner. The staff was helpful and attentive. They made sure every detail was just perfect. I really can't praise the staff enough for how friendly and professional they were. The portions are generous and the flavors fresh and exciting. The mussels were the best I've ever had and I've had them right in PEI. I wish we were in town for another night so we could return and sample even more of the menu.
Nestled within a charming mountain town, this restaurant impresses with its innovative Southeast Asian-American fusion cuisine and warm, inviting atmosphere. Diners rave about the stellar dishes, from the handkerchief pasta to the flavorful Cambodian Beef Noodle Bowl, complemented by an extensive cocktail menu. The staff is consistently praised for their attentive service, enhancing the overall experience. However, potential visitors should be aware of limited hours and seasonal closures, urging them to call ahead. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant remains a beloved spot, cherished for its delightful food and meaningful community connections, leaving guests eagerly anticipating their next visit.

I’m puzzled how they stay in business since they're only open in the evenings, close for vacation in the summer, and shut down for “the season,” which I assume is all winter. I suggest calling ahead if you're thinking of trying to eat here. I really hope they consider extending their hours in the future so we can actually enjoy a meal there again.
I want to express my gratitude to the dedicated staff for the wonderful dinner we had under the tent last night! I was really impressed by the flavors in the falafel dish. Kevin absolutely loved his Cambodian Beef Noodle Bowl, and we shared a delicious oatmeal lace ice cream cookie for dessert. I also appreciate that you accept reservations!
The food here is fantastic and creative, and the atmosphere is cozy. It’s truly the best in New England!
Super friendly, great food and atmosphere!
