There's an ATM right across the street of you forget though. Staff was extremely friendly. Glad we stopped by!

Upon entering, we were impressed... read more After a youth baseball game over the weekend, our family was hot, hungry, and delighted to find a charming little diner nearby. Upon entering, we were impressed by how clean and quaint the dining areas were. Since our party had six members, the waitress kindly opened the back dining room to accommodate us. There was only one other group of six in the front dining room and two men sitting at the counter. Given the few customers, we were hopeful for a wonderful diner lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The service was extremely slow; it took over half an hour just to receive our drinks and place our order, followed by another forty-five minutes before our food arrived. Thankfully, my two young boys behaved well and kept their complaints to a minimum. The waitress never returned to offer drink refills or check if we needed anything else. Her demeanor was uninspired at best; at worst, we felt as though we were bothering her simply by being there. The food itself was decent—standard burgers and fries, a BLT, and some basic breakfast items—but the lackluster service and long wait time overshadowed the meal. Given our experience, we are unlikely to return, even though we have several more baseball games in the area over the upcoming months.

If you're looking for a wonderful dining experience with an incredibly friendly staff, you should definitely try Hailey's Kitchen. I assure you, you'll want to return! Oh, and just so you know, they now accept credit cards.

The food was excellent, an... read more I recently relocated to the area near Gorham and was in search of a cozy, home-style restaurant. I discovered it at Hailey's Kitchen! The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely be returning every week.
