So I’m the only customer in the store the guy working the register looks at me and continues to do whatever he’s doing instead of taking my order so I walked out Worse service ever. Service: 1

I was in a vehicle too tall for the clearance bar. I knocked on the window to ask for a simple beverage and was rudely denied service. Nobody else was in line. What a joke that place is. Service: 1
Kid at drive thru window half listened to our orders, then told us they were out of 3 things we ordered, then asked us to repeat the entire order. Got to pick up window and the poor girl there was trying to fix his mistakes, he literally put in ONE part of our 5 person order correctly. Sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to straighten it all out, only to leave and realize my husbands order wasn’t even in the bag despite me repeating our order 6 times. Nice donuts and such but astronomical in calories! The problem with Dunkin donuts is how fresh they will be when you buy them. These were great today
