Got to pick up window and the poor girl there was trying to fix his mistakes, he literally put in ONE part of our 5 person order correctly. Sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to straighten it all out, only to leave and realize my husbands order wasn’t even in the bag despite me repeating our order 6 times.
