We just had the most amazing dinner experience at Kobe's. The food was absolutely delicious, the fish fresh, the soup and salad full of flavour, the tempura crispy and light, and don't get me started on the teryaki chicken!!! And in addition the service was...world class!!!! Attentive and very friendly throughout the evening, it reached an entirely other level at the end when the owner, after I asked her if she knew where I could find ponzu sauce (for a dish I want to try at home), told me the closest place was in Lausanne, but brought me a bottle of yuzu juice so I could make my own sauce... it is little gestures like this that make you want the whole world to know about a restaurant!!!! Pure loveliness

We take away sushi from time to time and the quality is always there! The fish is quality, the sushi is carefully made and is truly beautiful and excellent. To recommend without any reservation :

Mit unserem Gourmetpass wurden wir im Restaurant sehr herzlich empfangen. Schon bei der Reservierung wurden wir informiert, dass wir zwischen drei Menüs wählen konnten, anstatt à la carte zu bestellen. Wir entschieden uns für das Mikage-Menü, das ausgezeichnet und raffiniert war. Wir wurden bei der Getränkewahl sehr gut beraten, von Bier bis hin zu Rotwein. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein ausgezeichneter Abend, den wir gerne wiederholen werden.
