the restaurant provides good ambiance but seating capacity is less. service was okay. the waiter provided extra without asking so be careful while ordering else your bill will be double. this is the only place in yercud where drinks are served. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cloud 9 Lounge Bar:
The menu is good, the seating arrangements are also nice but it has a slightly worn down look. The staff is also not very educated in serving in the right order of drink, starter, main course. We ended up getting cold main course as it arrived early. We had to send it back for reheating. View all feedback.
This is located inside the Grand Palace hotel and is equipped with music, pool table inside. Taste of music is good and food is decent. You won’t miss a metropolitan bar for drinks when here decent place to enjoy the music and sip your drink.
An extremely noisy dark and dingy place. Service leaves a lot to be desired here. Not sure why the management insisted on playing deafeningly loud music thinking it makes the place more desirable and hep. We went looking for a quiet place to enjoy a peaceful drink and were sorely disappointed.
Had an amazing experience at Cloud9 Grand Palace! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with drinks, and Mr. Shelton provided excellent service. The cocktails were delicious, the food was nice, and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you to all!
