Ordered through the app, sat outside waiting for over 30 minutes just to have them try to tell us the stall was broken and that they couldn't put signs on it or they'd get in trouble. They left an entire meal off and we had to go back to get it. I'm not sure what's happening to this Sonic, but it's going downhill very fast. Will not be back. View all feedback.
Well at first this started off bad.For context here I am 6months pregnant, had 3 Dr appointment and labs done and was finally going home and wanted to bring home some food for my husband, 1yr old and myself. I am diabetic and can't have any large bread items. (So about 98% of the menu is a no-go for me) I order a breakfast burrito.I get my order for us and head home. Once home, there's no burrito... I tried to call but their phone isn't on service/not working. So I drive back up there all the way from moncks corner. I get there. There was another mistake but I finally bit the bullet and decided to have a chat with the manager. Now listen, this woman is the whole reason I'm giving 5 stars. Not only did she relate to the pregnancy hormones and cravings I was having, she made it better with remaking my order herself and even making it an even better burrito and bonding over some ultrasound of my soon to be here daughter. Now this woman who could calm down this hungry, hormonal dragon of a pregnant woman, needs a raise. Again... Thank you, thank you for understanding and helping me on a long and stressful day.

Pull up to drive threw and the lady is litterally taking 1 order at a time and making the next car wait until the car infront got their food. Before starting the next order along with while in the middle of ordering telling you to wait a second and takes several minutes to come back to finish taking your order. I was so glad when the lady was not at the window to see my Google review already in progress or to have to communicate with her due to how unprofessional she was and rude.
So the wife and I saw the add on tv for the new “ pulled pork hamburger “ . So we loaded up the fur babies and went for lunch. Get home open the wrapper’s and we’re hugly disappointed. I saw nothing! Pulled the top off and there was literally 3 wee bits of pork. Definitely not worth the $5 at all . Plus I felt like I could have used the patty as a freaking hockey puck ?. I actually forgot about having google reviews so sadly I didn’t take a picture ?
Everytime I come here the food is cold the ice cream is melted soft...
