I walked in to check out the bakery and buffet. WOW so glad I did. I ask a bunch of questions and decided to go with 3 of the sweet balls in the display, 2 small pies and a sweet creation they had behind the counter. They were all amazing. We will definitely be back. View all feedback.
What Lana Karriem doesn't like about Brazilian Buffet Bakery:
The food was delicious, but I felt that the prices were excessive! They weigh the food and charge $8.50 per pound. I ordered a tray that wasn't particularly large, and it ended up costing me $15, without any drinks or extras. Meanwhile, my friend had a tray of the same size, with a beverage included, and her total came to just $11. It seemed like something was off, and I definitely feel like I was overcharged. The whole food was very fresh at midday. good selection of vegetables and meats. they also have some unusual fruit juices.
Great flavors, excellent taste in the food, very homemade, just needs a little more variety in the buffet. I also congratulate you.
The food was fantastic and very authentic. I wish I lived close because it would be on my list every week. We both absolutely loved it. Everyone should try it.
Cheap and delicious Brazilian food! Got 2 sizeable pastries for $3. Super friendly staff.
Similar to other reviews, I don 't speak Portuguese they don 't know a lot of English. They do try to answer the question of 'what is it? ' We bought a few things. The best for me was the large rolls that were 3 for $1. Most items were on the sweet side with a unique flavor. We ate everything so nothing was bad. The yellow cake looking pieces were a Yuca cake. I 'm still not sure what the 'Yuca ' is but she pulled out the package with 'yuca ' on it to try to help me understand. The cake was a very moist sweet yellow cake that was large enough that everyone in the family had a taste. The chocolate cake was not what we are used to either but it was completely eaten as well. The sweet items are heavy. I don 't know what makes them heavy but my guess would be whatever they use for flour. I am not a cook or baker in any language so take that in their favor. The portions are very generous reasonably priced. We did not try the hot buffet items as we were not there for lunch I 'm quite a picky eater. I have nothing bad to say about the place except to ask them for an English label on items as well as Portuguese. Next time I 'm at the Navy base I will stop in to see what else I can try. We stopped in around 2:30 pm so it was late for a bakery. Hopefully I can get by earlier next time.
