Okay I will say the food is good, but the manager that was here today was extremely rude to a couple of seniors who played bingo there, saying and I quote “ This is the last time you’re getting free food. “ in a very sarcastic tone.
Shonda, the general manager was the worst. Not only was she rude she was condescending. She, in my opinion, is NOT a good fit for any type of management. I requested a new drink because mine lacked sweetener and she proceeded to tell me that they did not give samples (I had already paid for the drink) and that she needed to get her line moving. And she didn 't stop there! She continued to complain while I waited at the window about my request! It got to the point that I just asked for my money back. I read the name out on her tag and she let me know she was the general manager. It can be assumed that the complaints about this location being unfriendly can be attributed to the general manager Shonda and the example she provides to the employees.
We ordered door dash twice today. Both times they forgot our auju sauce. Second time they forgot our shake too. We got a 2$ refund. Insane man. Never
Warmed up fries from lunch! Yuk! This meal certainly not worth $12!
