Recommended she train the employee's better and s... read more Manager Stephanie is unprofessional! They messed up my order and she was so rude, she would not make it right. Recommended she train the employee's better and she said she would hang up on me if I said that again. Advised I would email corporate and shesaid that's fine. The store needs a better manager, no wonder they don't do their job properly!!

Instead, I opted for the grilled chicken with avocado, along with some onion rings. I wasn't offered ketchup, and the staff didn’t even wish me a good night after my 20-minute wait in the drive-thru. The burger was strangely unappealing, but the onion rings were tasty. Overall, the food was decent, but the service definitely needs some improvement.

Curbside pickup often doesn't work, making it necessary to go inside, and my orders are rarely ready when expected. They seem to be quite disorganized. I really hope they can sort these issues out soon.

I spotted a new shake on the menu, the white chocolate raspberry, and decided to give it a go. It turned out to be the best decision ever! That shake was simply amazing! I highly recommend it—10/10!
