I went to this restaurant tonight for Cinco de Mayo and had a wonderful dining experience. The server was gracious and the specials were funny. Thank you for the great service. I tried the pork belly tacos and an Ugly Pear margarita, both of which were delicious! I am excited to hear that there is a new cook and will definitely be coming back more often. Thank you. What User doesn't like about The Cantina At Presidio:
Very slow kitchen. Ordered two Cobb salads and it took over an hour to get it. Finally got the food and it was the wrong salad. When it was taken and brought back, we were told the online menu is different from what the kitchen has; to which I showed the menu given to us, which matched the online menu. Then we were told they were out of several ingredients. So paid $40 for two plates with lettuce, avocado and chicken... View all feedback.
The food was tasty, although not exceptional. They offer good specials and the staff was fantastic.
The atmosphere at this restaurant was fantastic. The drinks were good and the waitress was attentive. The food was also delicious, albeit a bit pricey. However, the quality made it worth it. We will definitely return in the future!
Shelby did a fantastic job tonight despite the busy evening at the restaurant. The street tacos were delicious!
We had a wonderful dining experience with excellent service from Lex! She suggested the Elote salad and it did not disappoint. Lex was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The salad was fresh and delicious. The skinny margarita was also very refreshing and tasty. We may have to return to try out some other dishes!
