I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years now and have always enjoyed it. However, recently, when we ordered, they didn't have any bottled water or orange juice available. As a result, I had to settle for a sugary soda. Does this mean our kids have no options either? I went through the drive-thru and it was incredibly slow. When I finally got to the window to pay, they had me charged for someone else's meal. They didn't seem to know what they were doing, and as usual, the service was quite slow in preparing the food. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location. View all feedback.

At the very least, they should offer orange juice or apple juice along with the sugary sodas or that unpleasant tasting fountain water. On a positive note, the food is still great! I love the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I've also noticed that the place is much cleaner than it was a few months ago, which is a nice improvement. I found out they've been really short on staff lately. Thank you very much for your service! I've been a loyal customer of McDonald's since they first opened!
I used the self-order kiosk to place an order for a sausage McGriddle with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon, and at 10:24, I was ready to make my payment. There were three employees at the front and a supervisor working on sandwiches. Getting their attention was a struggle; they were deep in conversation. After a few loud attempts, I finally got noticed. I explained that I wanted to pay for my order, number 697. The employee claimed she couldn't find it and asked if I had placed a mobile order. I clarified that I had used the kiosk, but it hadn’t printed a receipt. She then checked the order queue screen but said it wasn't appearing, since it only shows up after payment has been made. Since I was paying with cash at the kiosk, that explained why it wasn’t displayed. By now, it was 10:29, and after a bit of digging, she found my order, only to say that they had stopped serving breakfast. I pointed out that my order was placed before 10:30, and if she hadn’t been chatting with her colleagues, this confusion could have been avoided. She took my money and went to ask the supervisor about serving breakfast again, who told her no. She repeated that they had stopped serving breakfast, and I reiterated that my order was placed at 10:24 when breakfast was still being served. If they had truly stopped, the kiosk shouldn’t have allowed me to complete the order. After all this, she gave me my money back without any apology or inquiry about whether I wanted to order something else. Frustrated, I decided to reorder on the same kiosk, but the rude employee again announced that they had stopped serving breakfast. At this point, I was completely irritated. What is going on with this place? About a month ago, I visited to redeem an app reward for a cheeseburger. I ordered it without cheese, and surprise, surprise, it was wrong. The employee with glasses seemed annoyed and insisted on making a new one, rudely saying if I wanted a hamburger, I should have ordered one. If there had been a reward for a hamburger, I would have chosen that, but since there wasn't, I had to work with what I had. Up until today, I have never received an apology for any incorrect orders or poor service. The team members do not take accountability, frequently complain when they think they’re not being heard, continuously mess up orders, and blame customers for ordering incorrectly or for items they don’t have. If you’re looking for a McDonald's where employees are disrespectful to customers, curse in front of children, and take 15 minutes to get a simple burger order wrong—only to have to remake it—then this place is the one for you.
The staff member was new, and the manager didn't provide her with any guidance today. It took 20 minutes to receive an ice cream.

Most of the time, there are things here. I was so surprised when I counted my food and found it there. finally, they understood it right. until I came home. spicy chicken sandwich. they don't even try at this point. When are the franchise owners or managers coming here? this place goes down the pooper.
