2/1 8:00 pm this place is always out of chicken tender , nuggets, popcorn chicken, do not come here they either too lazy to make a new batch or the manage doesn’t know how to keep track of inventory. But silly enought they hav bowls? But no chicken nuggets?
After paying for my meal, I was informed that I did not pay while the employee I gave the money to stood by and didn’t say anything.
It's 11 AM on a Saturday, and the restaurant is supposed to be open. No one is responding at the drive-thru. I drive around and notice people inside, but I'm still not acknowledged. The door is locked, and there’s no sign to explain what's going on. This location is really disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience with customer service. During my visit to the drive-thru at 7:43 PM, the attendant abruptly took my card from my hand and was quite rude.
Wow... never before have my wife and I experienced such blatant incompetence and utter disregard for customers.We pulled into the empty drive through line at 1 pm on a Sunday to simply order 2 chicken sandwiches... 45 minutes later after being asked to pull up and wait out front, my wife walked in, was ignored by the staff and finally had to point to the bag that contained our sandwiches (which had apparently had been sitting there for quite a while) and ask one of the many staff members who kept passing her by for them.The killing blow was when we arrived home with our cold chicken the sandwiches... they were nothing but a chicken tender or two slapped on a bun and overloaded with mayonnaise and pickles in an attempt to hide the fact that these should have been chicken breast sandwiches.45 minutes to wait for cold chicken strips slapped onto a soggy bun overloaded with unnecessary condiments?Worst service and food that we've possibly ever experienced.
