I drive around and notice people inside, but I'm still not acknowledged. The door is locked, and there’s no sign to explain what's going on. This location is really disappointing.

Wow... never before have my wife and I experienced such blatant incompetence and utter disregard for customers.We pulled into the empty drive through line at 1... read more Wow... never before have my wife and I experienced such blatant incompetence and utter disregard for customers.We pulled into the empty drive through line at 1 pm on a Sunday to simply order 2 chicken sandwiches... 45 minutes later after being asked to pull up and wait out front, my wife walked in, was ignored by the staff and finally had to point to the bag that contained our sandwiches (which had apparently had been sitting there for quite a while) and ask one of the many staff members who kept passing her by for them.The killing blow was when we arrived home with our cold chicken the sandwiches... they were nothing but a chicken tender or two slapped on a bun and overloaded with mayonnaise and pickles in an attempt to hide the fact that these should have been chicken breast sandwiches.45 minutes to wait for cold chicken strips slapped onto a soggy bun overloaded with unnecessary condiments?Worst service and food that we've possibly ever experienced.
