Always make great sandwiches. I recently ordered and accidentally put the wrong address which was my fault. Called the store and they delivered my meal to me with no hesitation. I?m sure the neighbors probably enjoyed their free sandwich too lol

I’m really frustrated! I finally ventured out of the house and picked up the sandwich I ordered online, only to get home and find that there were no peppers on it. Since they don’t cost anything extra, I called to ask what happened. The staff member told me that while she couldn’t offer me a new sandwich, I could come back and grab a side of peppers. Seriously? I have to drive back just for peppers? There was no apology or empathy at all. I won't be returning to this location again due to their poor customer service. I regret leaving a tip.

I placed my order through the app and arrived in 15 minutes, but my food wasn’t ready. I was told to wait another 5-10 minutes. I couldn’t help but chuckle when I saw their sign about speed. However, the food was really good. It was amusing that their whole thing is about being quick, yet I ended up waiting.

I would likely choose to get a sub from nearly any other place. Unfortunately, they only have French bread, and when I asked for chicken, I was told they don’t serve it. They only offer provolone cheese, and my 8-inch sub ended up costing $12. The subs are so basic that it’s quite surprising!

Jeremy is an outstanding manager; you should promote him to corporate before another company snatches him up!
