What Nedra Bogisich doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Absolutely terrible. Do you have the 8pc family meal and ordered a cheese quesadilla for the little ones. Not only were we cut the Quesadilla and a piece of chicken, the salad was devastated, the chicken we got was mangled, tiny and boiled over, and the server had a bad day (because it was common). Polit service and chicken with sides are okay, but cilantro is sketched. Not exactly $26 quality. Not even $15 quality in my opinion.

Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow. We had a Blessed Lunch. Great Salad and Burrito. Thank you to the Staff. Good food and Service. Thank you Cary for the Blessing and your time as well. Hope that you ALL Enjoy a Jesus-Filled Day, Evening, and Week Ahead.
Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered the 8-piece family meal and added a cheese quesadilla for the kids. Not only was the quesadilla and a piece of chicken missing, but the salad was a mess, the chicken we received was mangled and overcooked, and the server seemed to be having a rough day (which was clearly noted by others as well). We will definitely not be returning.
