Cheese offers a lively atmosphere where the kids had a blast, while many adults found themselves exhausted. The food was decent, and on the day we visited, the staff was friendly and attentive. Our host did a fantastic job! Overall, if you manage your expectations, you and your family and friends are sure to have a great time.

A... read more When our kids went to play, the photo booth ran out of paper. My sister asked one of the staff when they would bring more paper, and the girl rolled her eyes. Another young man told his colleague "don’t do that" while making a dismissive gesture with his hand. Eventually, they said someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. After 45 minutes, we asked the manager, who assured us she would get someone. When they finally arrived to refill it, our time cards had already expired. The staff did give us more time, which was one positive thing. We tried to play on the ball machine, but it was almost empty, and very few balls were available. When I asked the manager if they had more, she said she would send someone, but the staff member rolled her eyes and whispered to the manager that we had been waiting a long time. We spent a lot of money that day but felt completely ignored, as the staff were leaned up against the counter on their phones, showing zero customer service skills. I spoke to the manager about how poorly the staff treated us, and she simply responded that they said we shouldn’t feel that way, implying we were in the wrong. To make matters worse, just five minutes later, she was talking to other employees about us, calling us grumpy! I have never experienced such awful treatment before. What should have been a fun day turned into a nightmare! I will never return to this place again. Save your time and money unless you want to feel unwelcome and have a terrible experience. Additionally, they don't stamp children's hands or have anyone monitoring the exit, so it's very unsafe!

I found the difference between the unlimited play and the tokens really confusing. The cashier wasn’t helpful at all, which is why I gave 4 stars. It’s probably not a place we’d visit frequently.
