Barro's Pizza - Goodyear

Are pizza came out fresh and hot. The salad was nothing spectacular but it is a pizza joint and not a salad bar. Our pizza was good.

Barros is my family pizza of choice! I've been ordering from this location for 11 years!!I have a unique order, and before a certain supervisor came my order was always hit or miss!Jeff at Barros Pizza is an absolute gem of a manager! His dedication to providing top-notch service is unparalleled. Despite a minor hiccup with a new staff member taking my order, Jeff swiftly intervened, personally calling me within minutes to confirm my order and ensure it was correct. I love Barro's so it's always a win in my book. I like that the lunch specials are available on the weekend. Restaurant was busy, and the booths were dirty from previous customers, and soda area was sticky.

There was a miscommunication between the cashier lady and me. I was upset when food came because it wasn't what I ordered. I was also on a time crunch and didn't have time to have my order remade so recieved a refund. Jeff the manager apologized and told me he'd cover my my order the next time I could come in. Not only did he cover my order he threw in a few extras. Jeff and his staff had great customer service and handled my situation like a pro. You need more managers and staff like you had on 4/7/24. Thank you again Jeff and team.Will definitely return.

I have ordered from this barros a few times. I order it with the thin crust option. Just $14 for an extra large cheese is a great value. Their pizza has a very flavorful sauce, and the crust is soft. If you don’t like a good dosing of cheese or sauce then I would ask for light toppings. They put a lot of sauce and cheese every time. The only thing I can say is that the bottom could be a bit more crisp. But the quality of the crust is still great regardless.
