Really incredible. Every single roll we ordered was amazing. The happy hour deals are also a steal! We got the spicy tuna roll, the dragon roll, the Baja roll, the spicy yellowtail roll, and the blue flame roll. Every single one was delicious and I wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat more. The sushi and rolls were inconsistent. Nigiri pieces were large and seemed reasonably fresh. If I was just rating the nigiri I would probably give it a high “B”. But the soft shell crab roll I got was by far the worst soft shell crab roll I have ever had, borderline “F” grade. 45 mins just to get a yakiskba a California roll and 3 egg rolls the place wasn’t even full only 3 tables were filled
This is a nice Japanese restaurant. Wait staff was very courteous and and attentive and my wife and I felt very welcome here. I ordered my Ramen bowl and my wife got a combination platter. Really good ramen and the prices are reasonable. Now, when I want ramen it will be hard to decide between Chef Ben's and Akai Hana! I guess that's a good problem to have.

This was a pleasant surprise. The menu is eclectic, so you can't possibly get bored. Akai Hana (Goodyear) came highly recommended. When I raved about the frogs legs, squid salad, and super mussels, frequent visitors were unaware of the menu items. I was compelled to get takeaway. The ceviche and spicy squid salad were amazing! I'm excited to return.
Had teriyaki chicken and tempura lunch. Comes with miso soup and salad. I recommend this place.
