Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I also ordered a pizza, but it was not the one I usually get because there was no option for a thin or medium crust on the menu board and the clerk did not ask me my preference. When I got home, my husband informed me that we prefer thin crust, so I was not satisfied with the pizza I received. The clerk boasted about the success of the new location, but the restaurant was empty and he did not provide much information about the pizza. Overall, this experience was a departure from my usual positive experiences at Papa Murphy's, especially without the fresh salad. To make matters worse, when we opened the salad boxes at home, most of it was old and ruined. We ended up throwing away most of it and had to add our own ingredients just to salvage what we could eat.

I should have left as soon as I saw the state of the restaurant. A lack of staff is no excuse for uncleanliness. The pizza was poorly prepared, and I could tell while waiting that the quality would not be there. We usually enjoy P.M.P. but are considering going to a different location after this disappointing experience.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Even though they were super busy, they took the time to help me with my payment app. I absolutely adore this place and would highly recommend it to others.

On December 31, 2021, two employees were not wearing masks despite a sign on the door requiring them to do so. The bartender had long hair without a hairnet, and another employee ran his hands through his hair.

Today at 12/4 at 6:05 p.m., I went to a restaurant for business, only to be told that they couldn't take my order because they claimed to be closing around 7. Despite the sign saying they were open and the doors being unlocked, they refused to serve me. As someone with years of experience in the service industry, I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable. I have been taught never to turn away a customer when the establishment is still open.
