Hooters - Goodlettsville

If we could give 0 stars, we would. They took 40 minutes to get apps (the restaurant was half full)? the waitress did not refill drinks (they were empty for 20 minutes and we had to ask for refills)?. We have our food and the boneless wings were garbage! We wanted to talk to a manager, and he didn't even hear our concerns that he just cut me off and said he was? Take care of us, but never came back to the table. We're not back.

The food was good, came out fresh and I was pleased with that. However within the first 3 minutes of being inside the building our waitress congratulated me and asked if I was pregnant?which I?m not. A refresher on things that are and are not appropriate to say to customers would be nice. I?ve eaten here a handful of times and the food is always good so I?ll go back, but this experience did leave me feeling a bit negative.

Absolutely terrible. First of all, the menu had NO PRICES. Am I supposed to just order food and NOT be surprised that it was higher than I thought. I had to download a QR code so I could know what I was going to spend. I order 15 wings with Cajun dry rub. The server asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese. I asked, suspiciously, is that extra? She said no. When the food came, the wings were barely seasoned and it only came with on little cup of ranch. She told me if I wanted another it would be .99. At that point I was done and because I was raised right, I didn't walk out. I even tipped the server. All of this is the restaurants fault. I am done with Hooters.

I only had one issue and asked for the manager and he took care of it immediately. Very kind and courteous gentleman. I would definitely be going back to this Hooters!!!

My Father wasn't the very best Father to them for years.
