The food and staff were exceptional. Our waiter, Branden, was warm and friendly. The white chocolate bread pudding was a standout dessert. This is a place you have to visit! View all feedback.
Great drinks, nice atmosphere and good food. We had a wonderful experience with friends. It's pretty busy so have reservations or come early.
We went for my husband I birthday. The atmosphere got you into the holiday spirit. Christmas music played in the background. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I had the 10 ounce steak with the seafood stuffed potato. The meal came out hot and cooked to order. For dessert we were given bread pudding which is the house special dessert it was simply amazing.
I don't eat here often, but when I do, it's a special special treat. I got the seafood platter and everything was AMAZING as usual!! For dessert I got the white chocolate bread pudding, and it's definitely one of the best in the area. Customer service was excellent as well. I'll be back soon!
We had an excellent meal! Service was good, food was prepared well, and arrived in a timely fashion. The crab platter was a large dish. The seafood gumbo on it was excellent. The crab meat au gratin was perfect. Even the fried soft shell crab was prepared just right. My wife had the Cecilia fish which was perfectly prepared and presented well. Our daughter had a special entry called the Saint Anne. It was prepared perfectly and and had a good serving portion serving portion.
Went to Sno's tonight for dinner. We orginally asked for a booth but opted for a table instead after being told the booth wait would be an hour. The estimated wait time for a table was 30 minutes for myself, my husband and our 2 year old son. After agreeing to wait we sit down for less that 5 minutes and were called. We were walked to our table and were never offered a highchair for our son. I had to specifically ask for one and it seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience. Our waiter was very inattentive especially considering this is a tablecloth restaurant. We have to ask for drink refills every time we needed them. We had to ask for more bread and when doing so, we felt like we were aggravating our waitress. The spinach dip appetizer is the main reason this review isn't getting a 1 star. The dip was really good. However, the chips were hard and stale. We got the seafood platter which wasn't great by any means. The gumbo was decent. The shrimp was hard and over cooked. The fish was cooked perfectly but no season. The fries and hushpuppies were really all that I enjoyed off the platter. My son had the shrimp alfredo which was very good and had plenty of sauce. We had to ask for to go boxes and drinks and had to ask for our bill. Not the kind of experience one expects when dining at a nicer establishment. Very disappointed. I feel that because we had our 2 year old and because my husband and I decided to share a platter rather than ordering separately, we were definitely treated a bit differently...but that's just my opinion.
