This restaurant was not very busy with walk-in customers and orders were only taken at the counter. It was around midday when a staff member emerged from the back room to serve the customers. It seems like they need to hire more staff. Hopefully, they will hire more employees and treat them well so they can better serve the public. View all feedback.
Beautiful lady I've ever met in the speaker box. he made our day so crowded her and extra dollar and told her to keep the change. food was fresh and warm
This is probably the worst location in the entire United States. Not only have I had issues at the location, but Door Dash too. These employees are lazy, rude and just unprofessional.I blame management. Hands down. Learn how to run your business or find someone else who can!
Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through on a Sunday at 11 AM. Out of numerous food items. We would have bailed much earlier if we weren't trapped in the drive through by a large truck. Clearly not staffed enough or staffed with the wrong people. Laughed out loud when the long line of people behind us drove straight off as well. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
Food is great . But ordering can be aggravating. Not sure if there speaker and microphone is jacked up or the workers just don't understand what you are saying at times.. it's like they ask what you want but don't pay attention to what the hell you say
Never in my life have I experienced a drive thru this bad. Just waited an hour to get food in the drive thru line. Would have left but once you are in line you are trapped and cannot get out. If I could give them a zero star review I would.
