Went for lunch with a friend prior to shopping for window ac units. Chilis two to dine specials are great. Good portions, steak was delicious and had left overs. Very fresh salads and cheesecake was excellent. Service is always good. View all feedback.
What D W doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Just left the Gonzales Chili’s Restaurant but left without services by choice. We were seated after waiting upfront for a while but once seated, we were ignored by the staff until we asked and witnessed conversations among staff on who will take the table. The one in Gonzales La is worse than the Thibodaux place. Smelly. Nasty, then had the nerves to keep people standing fir 20 min. With no one greeting you. My party of six snd a few other parties that was waiting went to walk on
Womens restroom smelled strongly of urine.y fries were old and hard. Everything else was great. S/O to our server Brenan he was excellent
Got the new smokehouse combos with the ribs brisket quesadillas and it was excellent
They no longer offer the original chicken tenders. The crispy tenders were so dry and over cooked that my daughter could not eat them!
The food and atmosphere is great almost every time I go to the Chili's in the Tanger Outlet in Gonzales, La, whether dining in, or getting take out, but the service hasn't been consistent for me. The service I've received when dining in has been primarily great, but when getting take out, on multiple occasions, I've ordered a drink, or made a small request, and was never obliged.
