The food is amazing, no doubt ! The service they give at table is also good ...but the way of communication on call has to be improved and moreover the communication among the employees..! We were group of four frnds decided to go for dinner on Sunday ...I called at the hotel asking for seat availability and he asked me to wait for 15 min and so we did ! As we were entering, the guard didn't allow us to enter and asked roughly to stay unless and until the confirmation of our call to hotel manager and when we called the manager..he refused to give the table.....a couple of minutes after ..when a family asked the guard to go upstairs..the guard allowed!! Such things are not accepted,!!

We're a regular customer of them. They seem to give a tough competition to many metro city ones, and are probably among the best in Gondia. My family had a great time. Food is sheer ambrosia and cooked with quality ingredients. Staff is little busy, but is expected due to huge rush. Customers have to wait a while, since the place is bit crowdy. Once you visit there and have your dinner, you won't regret!
