However, the price was astronomical for the location and would have been expensive in London. The insult was an additional charge for a smear of tomato purée on the plate (laughingly called garnish), and the charge of 14 kopecks for each of two sachets of sugar with the coffee. And I don't even take sugar! Even the superb and attentive waiter was embarrassed at the management's greed! There are better, more reasonable alternatives in Gomel. But full marks to the friendly helpful staff!
