Coffee Bothy - Golspie

I thoroughly enjoyed the black bean burrito. The flavors were incredible and it was evident that the dish was prepared by someone who has a deep understanding of vegan and slow cooking techniques.

I tried the hummus pickle toastie, which was a new and unexpected choice for me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted! I also enjoyed an oat latte and a delicious orange chocolate bake.

This is a great place to take a break and grab a bite to eat. There is free parking available across the street, which is suitable for camper vans but not for caravans. There are a few vegan menu options available, and the staff are knowledgeable about what 'vegan' means. I really liked my sweet potato burger, and the raspberry and vanilla flapjack cake I chose was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly, despite the cafe being quite busy. I would definitely return to this restaurant again.

A good place to stop and refuel. free parking opposite ok for residential but not caravan. some vegan options, and the personal understand what vegan means. my sweet potato burger was good. I enjoyed it. the choice of 2 cakes I went for skyberry and vanilla folding jacket that was gorgeous. the personal was efficient and courtesy caffe was pretty busy. I'd go back there.
