The restaurant was full at luncht... read more I have eaten here twice recently, the first time with a (walking) friend and the second time, as it was so good, with my wife. The restaurant was full at lunchtime on both days - clearly well thought of by locals! For each of the three courses on the menu du jour there were 4-5 choices - and then wine and coffee included in the price of €14,50! Portion size was generous, the food was essentially homemade and the choices, completely different on the two days of my visit, showed creativity. Service was efficient but allowed time to eat at one´s own pace. The proprietor was both friendly and helpful. Certainly worth return visits!
